Lee Gosa is currently serving as the Director of Operations at Red’s. With a diverse career that has included roles such as PM, Superintendent, Foreman, Journeyman, Supervisor, Apprentice, Helper, and Laborer, he has worked for various companies and is also an experienced Ironworker.He describes himself as fun, driven, and constantly evolving. Outside of work, he values his wonderful family life.Lee is extremely capable, strong in his trade knowledge, fun to work with, relatable, willing to evolve with the situation, and a work horse who leads by example. 

Lee's professional growth is characterized by daily skill improvement and the ability to adapt to new situations. He places importance on understanding the visions of both himself and others when working together. His goal is to help his team reach their peak abilities and elevate Red's, to be among the top 100 electrical contractors globally.

Communication and perception are key to Lee, as he believes that understanding others' perceptions can help find common ground. Flexibility and seeking understanding are his strengths in the industry's ever-evolving landscape. Lee's ability to recognize needs and fill them have been a hallmark of his success with Reds.

His role model is Ray Kitter, and he finds solace in the mountains. He enjoys listening to the album "GnR Appetite for Destruction" and prefers driving for transportation.
